Private or group coaching sessions will focus on on-ice skills and edge work to add competition and consistency to each athlete's game. Coaching sessions begin at $60/hr for small group and $100/hr for 1-on-1.
CAREER PLANNING
A new offering for 2022, our off-ice private player development sessions offer a goal setting and career planning process tailored to each player. Our recommended introduction to agent representation. Synergy believes in giving each athlete equal opportunity regardless of status or financial position—but an athlete won't make it far without a strategy. Offered virtually or in-person beginning at $60/hr.
personal training
A new offering for 2022, our private or group, virtual or in-person personal training sessions work with athletes to improve their dryland performance, nutrition, and physique. Get your body to the best shape to reach your athletic goals. Personal training pricing is customized to each athlete following initial consultation.
